Description: This 7-day group dance tour offers you the chance to combine learning hot Latin dance moves with spending time taking guided tours to places such as the beautiful old part of Havana and the nearby tropical beaches of Playas del Este. As part of the program you will also be able to shake your hips and show off your new dance moves at Casa de la Musica, enjoy the live musical acts at the Cabaret Parisien show and take in an Afro-Cuban performance at the Patio de la Rumba.

Day 1: Arrival Arrival at International Havana Airport. Accommodation in hotel Comodoro. Day 2: Habana Vieja - Casa del Tango At 9 am your tour guide will accompany you in the transfer to Sprachcaffe School. Your Cuban dancing partner and our main instructor will introduce you into the world of Cuba rhythm and music. At the end of the classes that day you will enjoy a tour through Old Havana and its historical center. A visit to the Rum Museum has been included. Lunch takes place in a typical Cuban restaurant. In the afternoon, you will visit the community project Casa del Tango. The evening is free at your disposal. Day 3: Plaza de la Revolucion This morning, after the dancing lesson, your tour guide will take you to the Cemetery Cristobal Colon considered by its extension one of the largest in the world. There you will discover a unique variety of sculptural and architectural exponents erected for more than a century with an amazing diversity of styles. A visit to the Plaza de la Revolución will take place this afternoon, symbol of the Cuban revolution and, since 1959, scene of relevant events and demonstrations. You will return to the hotel, and the evening is free at your disposal. Day 4: Playas del Este After two hours lesson in the morning you will go on a trip to Playas del Este in the afternoon. These beaches are located on the Northeast Coast of Havana, 30 minutes away. With more than 10 km of white sand you will relax in this beautiful place. Day 5: Parisien In the morning you will continue with your dancing lesson, and then in the afternoon you will have the opportunity to explore Havana on your own or if you prefer you may visit a museum or a Rum factory in town, depending of the school schedule. At night your will enjoy a Cuban show with a lot of artists and musical performance at Cabaret Parisien at the Hotel Nacional de Cuba. Day 6: Casa de la Musica Today you will have your last dancing lesson in the morning, and in the afternoon you will have the chance to know how much you have learned of salsa in the Casa de la Música with a live Cuban salsa band. After that, in the evening, a special farewell dinner will take place in the restaurant La Floridana, and a cocktail will be offered in the piano-bar after meal. Day 7: Patio de la Rumba – Departure Today is the departure day. The morning is at your disposal for relaxing or buying souvenirs. In the afternoon, you will visit the Patio de la Rumba, the center of the Conjunto Folklórico Nacional, a very important Cuban folk company. You will be able to watch a special performance of Afro-Cuban music in which you are more than welcome to participate. Later you may take your flight back home or you may continue with other plan in Cuba. All packages require prepayment. Your credit card will be debited within 24 hours after making your reservation for the indicated amount at the time of booking. A written confirmation and details of packages will be sent upon confirmation of the booking.
Package rates are subject to change except when reservations have been confirmed. All rates are quoted in Euros. Solwayscuba.com does not guarantee changes to all or parts of a package. Any change in the number of occupants per room may alter the price of the package. In the event of changes that involve an increase in price/rate, payment will be required at the moment of the change and will not be effective until payment is received and availability is confirmed by the Travel Suppliers.
The total charge includes all services described in the packages, as well as fees for access and booking. Any incidental charges such as parking, phone calls, tips and room service will be handled directly between the client and the property.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Once you have paid for your reservation, the following cancellation policy applies: When you cancel the reservation 4 days before your intended arrival date, we will refund you the total amount that you paid for your reservation. This refund is subject to a 15.00 Euro for administration fees.
When you cancel the reservation within 72 hours or less of the date of arrival, we will refund you the total amount that you paid for the reservation, minus the amount of the first package night of your intended stay for no-show charges, plus a 15.00 Euro for administration fees. The cancellation charge within 24 hours of the date of arrival is 100%, which means that the total amount is non-refundable.
All refund requests must be made within 30 days of hotel check- out and must be submitted in writing. Any refund for early checking-out or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of Solways.
